What's the difference between "Begin Studying" and "Continue Studying"?

When you "Begin Studying", you are creating a study session. When you "Continue Studying" you are maintaining the same study session. In order to begin a new study session entry, you must log out and then log back in.

If I log out, will my study session terminate?

Yes. If you log out, your session will terminate.

What is the purpose of this system?

This system was designed as a replacement for the previous paper-based system. The purpose is to provide a secure, user-friendly interface to students that will enable them to log their study sessions in a more efficient, more effective, and less costly manner.

What is the difference between a general study log and the current project study log?

A general study log is a record of study hours with regard to a number of factors, including coursework, major, and faculty. The current project study log is more specific, as it is a function of hours studied in reference to university policy concerning requirements for maintaining Greek membership.

The study log project website is meant to serve as a supplemental resource for system users, by which they may view various project components, including source code, flowcharts, prototypes, etc. The goal was to create a website that would serve as a reference guide to front-, as well as back-end users.
